KJbath designs and manufactures sliding, hinged, pivot, walk-in and bath screen systems in Foshan, China — with 6/8/10mm tempered safety glass certified to EN 12150, ANSI Z97.1 and SGCC, 6063-T5 aluminum profiles, and PVD-finished hardware tested to 72-hour salt spray. One factory for hotel projects, distributors, retailers and OEM brands.
“Trusted by buyers from more than 190 countries since 1999.”
Most buyers compare structure before they compare finish. Each door logic below solves a different space, budget and maintenance equation — and each is a mature, repeatable production line at KJbath, not a one-off experiment.
Zero door swing; the default for apartment and hotel bathrooms where every centimeter of clearance matters. Top-hung roller systems with anti-jump blocks; soft-close optional. Explore sliding shower doors →
Full-width opening, the classic choice for premium residential and hotel suites. Continuous hinges or pivot hinges rated for 8–10mm glass.
Rotating on offset pivots for wider entries with a lighter visual footprint; ideal where hinged swing clearance is tight.
A single fixed 8/10mm panel with a stabilizing bar; the fastest-growing specification in 2025–2026 boutique hotel and wet-room design. No moving parts means the lowest after-sales rate of any structure.
Fixed or folding screens over the tub, the volume seller in European apartment renovation and mid-market hotel programs.
Space-saving corner geometry with bent tempered glass; pairs with stone-resin or acrylic trays for compact bathrooms. See space-saving enclosures →
An enclosure fails in three places: the glass, the moving hardware, and the seals. Here is exactly what we specify at each point, and the test data behind it.
Every panel is toughened to a surface compression above 10,000 psi (69 MPa), making it 4–5 times stronger than annealed glass; if broken, it granulates into blunt fragments as required by EN 12150-1 and ANSI Z97.1. SGCC-certified glass is available for North American projects, CE/EN 12150 documentation for Europe.
Framed and semi-frameless lines use 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles with wall thickness of 1.2–1.5mm, anodized or powder-coated.
Hinges, rollers, handles and support bars are 304 stainless steel or brass, finished with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) rather than cheap electroplating — PVD delivers measurably higher corrosion resistance and color stability.
Co-extruded PVC magnetic and water-deflector seals, UV-stabilized to resist yellowing; drip rails and raised thresholds engineered per structure.

Clear frameless 8–10mm glass has moved from a luxury upgrade to the baseline expectation in mid-to-premium markets, while framed systems remain the volume engine for price-sensitive projects and retail channels. A balanced assortment usually means framed for volume, semi-frameless for margin, frameless for showroom pull.
| Framed | Semi-Frameless | Frameless | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glass | 6mm tempered | 6–8mm tempered | 8–10mm tempered |
| Structure | Full perimeter frame | Frame on panels, bare door edge | Clips, hinges & support bar only |
| Water sealing | Best — full magnetic seals | Very good | Good — precision seals & drip rails |
| Site tolerance | Most forgiving (±20mm) | Moderate | Least forgiving — needs plumb walls |
| Price band (relative) | $ — volume/economy | $$ | $$$ — premium |
| Best for | Rental apartments, student housing, mid-market hotels, value retail lines | Mid-range residential, 3–4 star hotels | Luxury residential, 4–5 star hotels, boutique projects |
| 2026 trend position | Stable volume base | Growing | Baseline expectation above entry level |
Batch consistency is what separates a factory from a trading desk. KJbath runs visible checkpoints from raw material to the sealed carton — and we coordinate third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / BV) before loading on request.
Glass surface compression spot-checked with a stress meter; profiles verified for alloy grade, wall thickness and finish thickness; hardware batches sampled for salt-spray compliance.
CNC cutting and edgework measured against approved shop drawings; drilled holes and cutouts verified before tempering — because post-tempering modification is impossible.
Every door structure is trial-assembled; rollers and hinges run through function checks; glass-to-hardware fit confirmed against the order configuration.
Labels, accessories and protective packing reviewed against the packing list; Smart Packaging available with floor/room-level numbering for multi-unit projects — proven to cut on-site sorting time and installation errors in apartment programs.
Any defect found at any checkpoint is logged, photographed and resolved with the buyer before shipment, not after arrival.
Different buyer types need different answers from the same factory. Here is how each program runs at KJbath.
Send drawings or a BOQ. We return shop drawings within 3–5 working days, consolidate enclosure + tray + screen into one shipment, and pack by floor and room number so installation crews work without sorting. Repeat-unit projects run on locked specifications to protect batch consistency across phases. Hospitality solutions →

Specifications are promises; completed projects are evidence. KJbath has supplied enclosure, glass and hardware programs to apartment and hospitality projects across Australia, Canada and Tanzania — including coastal environments where our PVD-finished, salt-spray-tested hardware and floor-numbered Smart Packaging solved the two biggest site problems: corrosion and installation chaos.

Enclosures live or die on site tolerance. Our wall profiles compensate ±15–20mm for out-of-plumb walls; roller systems include anti-jump blocks; every set ships with a step-by-step installation manual, labeled hardware bags and QR-linked video guides. For project orders, packaging is numbered by floor and room so each crew opens exactly one carton per bathroom.
Eight questions from developers, distributors, contractors, retailers and OEM brands — certification, drawings, MOQ, wall tolerance, damage claims, best-sellers and private label.
Developer / Project OwnerFor North America, specify SGCC-certified tempered glass meeting ANSI Z97.1 / CPSC 16 CFR 1201; for Europe, CE-marked glass to EN 12150-1. KJbath supplies both, with certificates and test reports delivered alongside the order documentation package.
Developer / Project OwnerYes. Custom widths, heights up to floor-to-ceiling, and curved glass are produced to approved shop drawings. We return drawings within 3–5 working days of receiving your brief, and prototypes in 7–12 days.
DistributorAll hinges, rollers and handles use 304 stainless steel or brass with PVD finish and pass a 72-hour neutral salt spray test (ISO 9227). For coastal markets we recommend the PVD hardware line proven in our Australian coastal projects.
DistributorStandard MOQ is 20 sets per model, with mixed-model container loading supported. Reorders of established specifications ship in 25–35 days; reserved production slots are available for annual programs.
Installer / ContractorFramed and semi-frameless systems adjust ±15–20mm per wall profile for out-of-plumb conditions. Frameless systems require plumb walls; we flag this in the shop-drawing stage so site prep happens before glass arrives.
Installer / ContractorCartons are photographed and logged at packing; report the item number and we ship replacements free within the warranty period. Project orders can include a 1–2% spare-parts kit (seals, rollers, screws) so crews never stop for a missing fastener.
RetailerWalk-in 8/10mm panels and matte-black or brushed-gold framed sliders are the strongest 2026 showroom lines; fluted/reeded glass is the fastest-growing texture. We provide best-seller guidance by market plus display samples at program pricing.
OEM Brand OwnerYes — laser-etched or printed logos on glass and hardware, private-label cartons and manuals, and NDA-protected custom tooling. OEM programs start from standard MOQ with sample approval before mass production.
An enclosure is only half the wet area. Pair it with the matching base, walls and screens from the same production system to guarantee fit, finish consistency and single-shipment logistics.
