Tempering test: anti-shatter safety glass you can prove

Our tempering test machine verifies that tempered glass breaks into small, blunt granules instead of sharp shards — the core of our Anti-Shatter Safety Glass program. Glass starts from Xinyi originals, and the tempering rate is measured and recorded for each batch.

Lowers the risk of glass breakage and failed acceptance on hotel and apartment projects, with SGCC (North America) and CE (Europe) certified glass programs. Tempering-rate data lands in your QC report.

The impact test machine loads the assembled door — glass, profiles, hinges, and hardware — to confirm the structure absorbs real-world knocks without failure. This is the difference between a showroom sample and Five-Star Hotel Standard durability.

Structural weakness is caught before shipment, not discovered by an installation crew on a busy hotel site. Impact results are part of the per-order QC report, so acceptance is evidence-based.

Drop test: packaging engineered to survive the journey

Packaged units go through a drop test so the protection is proven before loading. Standard export packing combines a honeycomb carton with a reinforced wooden frame, tuned to the transport risk of each channel.
