The 10-Step Production Workflow

Follow one order from aluminum to container.

Every batch follows the same 10-step sequence. Each step lists what happens on the floor and the quality-control checkpoint that gates it — the level of detail buyers normally need a factory visit to confirm.

Aluminum material preparation

Aluminum profiles are received, checked against the approved specification, and staged for the order batch before any cutting begins.

QC checkpoint: incoming material verification — profile spec, finish, and order configuration confirmed against the approved program before release to the line.

Automatic cutting

Profiles are cut to length on the CNC double-head cutting saw, so repeated dimensions stay consistent across the whole batch.

QC checkpoint: cut length and angle accuracy are measured so downstream assembly starts from correct, repeatable dimensions.

Automatic grooving

Cut profiles are grooved on automated equipment so glass channels and fitting seats are positioned ready for assembly.

QC checkpoint: groove position and depth are verified to keep glass fit and hardware seating consistent unit to unit.

Semi-finished assembly

Profiles and hardware are pre-assembled into frame sub-structures before they meet the glass.

QC checkpoint: sub-assemblies are matched to approved specifications — not improvised — so version control stays visible on the shop floor.

Glass material preparation

Glass is processed in-house from Xinyi (信义) glass raw sheets, cut and prepared to the order’s confirmed dimensions and configuration.

QC checkpoint: raw-sheet source and glass specification are controlled in-house, keeping material origin and configuration traceable.

Glass quality inspection

Processed glass is inspected after tempering, including the tempered-glass safety check that confirms it breaks safely.

QC checkpoint: tempering is verified against ANSI Z97.1 (US), EN 12150 (Europe), and AS/NZS 2208 (Australia).

Finished-product quality testing

Assembled doors undergo functional and structural testing before they are allowed to move to packing.

QC checkpoint: impact testing on the structure plus a 100,000-cycle push-pull test on rollers confirm safe operation and durability.

Packaging

Finished units are packed in standardized honeycomb cartons with reinforced wooden crates, cushioning and separation matched to transport risk.

QC checkpoint: packaging drop testing validates transit protection; labeling supports room-based, zone-based, or mixed-SKU sorting.

Warehousing

Packed orders are staged and sorted in the warehouse according to the buyer’s delivery logic before loading.

QC checkpoint: sorting and identification are checked so room numbers, zones, or SKU groups stay organized for the buyer’s site.

Container loading & shipment

Verified, sorted cartons are loaded into containers in a sequence that preserves the buyer’s unloading and installation order.

QC checkpoint: loading readiness is confirmed so the delivery sequence and documents — QC report, SGCC / CE certificate copy — leave together.
