For qualified distributors and project buyers we provide free samples of standard models – you only cover express freight, typically USD 80-150 by DHL or FedEx door-to-door. Sample payments are accepted by Western Union or T/T, and the fee is credited against your first bulk order.

Our MOQ is 10 sets per model for standard specifications – one of the lowest among Foshan shower enclosure factories. Mixed-model container loading is supported, so you can combine sliding doors, pivot doors and walk-in screens in a single shipment to test your market without overstocking. The 10-set floor applies per model and size, and popular stocked specifications can often ship even faster than standard lead times.

Yes. First-time buyers can start with a 10-set trial order at standard pricing to validate quality and sell-through. Once annual volume reaches 200+ sets, you unlock tiered distributor pricing, priority production slots and co-funded showroom display samples.

Standard-model samples ship in 15 days from confirmation. Fully custom samples – non-standard sizes, special glass textures or custom hardware finishes – take 15-20 days including shop-drawing approval. Every sample is photographed and video-tested before dispatch so you receive pre-shipment evidence.

Yes – over 60% of our output ships under customer brands. We produce under NDA with laser-etched or silk-printed logos on glass, branded hardware, private-label cartons and installation manuals in your language. Your tooling and artwork are stored separately and never shared with other buyers. A complete OEM onboarding – from signed NDA to first branded shipment – typically takes 45-60 days including sample approval.

Glass thickness from 6 to 12 mm, custom widths and heights up to 2,300 mm, curved and angled panels, and glass options including clear, ultra-clear, frosted, fluted and nano-coated. Hardware finishes cover chrome, matte black, brushed gold, brushed nickel and PVD colors – matched to your swatch within 7 days.

Size and finish customization on existing profiles carries no extra tooling cost and keeps the standard 10-set MOQ. A new aluminum profile extrusion requires a one-time tooling investment of typically USD 1,500-4,000 per profile with an MOQ of 50-100 sets – and the tooling belongs to you.

Our 12-person R&D team returns shop drawings in DWG or PDF within 3-5 working days of receiving your brief or site measurements. For project orders we provide full CAD layouts per bathroom type, load calculations for frameless panels and installation node details your contractors can build from.

All tempered glass is certified to EN 12150-1 (CE, Europe), SGCC and ANSI Z97.1 / CPSC 16 CFR 1201 (North America), and AS/NZS 2208 (Australia & New Zealand). Certificates and third-party test reports ship with every order documentation package, and original glass sheets are sourced from Xinyi Glass. Untreated tempered glass carries an industry-typical spontaneous breakage rate of around 0.1-0.3% due to NiS inclusions. Each set is wrapped in EPE foam and pearl cotton at all glass contact points, then packed in a 5-layer export carton; heavy frameless panels get an additional wooden crate or steel rack. Packaging is drop-tested to ISTA standards, and every carton is photographed at packing for full traceability. Wooden crates are fumigation-compliant for ISPM 15 markets, and project orders can include a 1-2% spare-parts kit (seals, rollers, screws) so install crews never stop for a missing fastener.

Samples take 15 days, repeat orders of approved specs hold the shorter end of the range, and we keep reserved production slots for annual-program customers. Plan around two peak windows – Chinese New Year (January-February) and Canton Fair season (April and October) – when we recommend confirming orders 3-4 weeks earlier.

We quote FOB Foshan or Shenzhen as standard and regularly ship CIF, CFR and DDP to North America, Europe and Australia. For DDP orders our forwarder handles customs clearance and last-mile delivery to your warehouse, so you receive a single all-in landed cost.

A 20ft container typically holds 150-220 framed sets or 80-120 frameless 10 mm sets, depending on panel size and packaging. We provide a loading plan with your quotation and support mixed-model loading so one container can cover your full showroom range.

Yes. For e-commerce sellers we apply FNSKU labels, meet Amazon carton and pallet requirements, and ship DDP to FBA warehouses in the US, Canada and Europe. Project buyers can split one production batch across multiple delivery addresses – hotels, distribution hubs or job sites – with individual carton markings per destination.

Standard terms are a 30% deposit by T/T with the 70% balance before shipment, released against production photos and the inspection report. Sample fees and small amounts can be paid by Western Union, and long-term distributors qualify for more flexible terms after three successful orders.

Yes, we accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000 issued by recognized international banks. Our team reviews draft L/C terms before you open the credit to avoid discrepancy fees, and shipping documents are presented through our bank within 5 working days of loading.
